I just bought a 92-240SX, Super Hicas, Hatchback, KA24DE for a few hundred bucks, the car is in overall average shape, the body has minor bubbles around third eye and at bottoms quarters, the body doesnt concern me much i can cheese it together later, the floor is my main concern, the trunk pan on the left side is rotted, floor pan at all for corners and along the rear shock tower seams, im performing the repairs myself, i pulled the seats, carpet panels and preped the floor and trunk for repair, my post is not a question it is a open session for suggestions, i am stumped with these cheese grader floors, im gonna use 20 or 22 gauge sheet metal, what would be the best procedure to reinforce the seams and patch the holes in pans, should i patch from the inside or undercarriage, mig or braze the seams ?

Much thanks

Looking at the pictures of the floor, I would probably cut a bunch of it out and do it from inside. The floor shouldnt be a big deal, the shock tower is what concerns me.
