92 240SX SE aux fan, broken?

Here are pictures of what I pulled out of it. It started rattling around since, as you can see, the fan is not connected to the housing frame thing.

Do I need to buy a whole new thing or do I just need a nut or something? Hard to tell.

Appears to me that the bearing on the fan seized up. You'll need to replace the entire assembly.
