Hey guys. I just picked up a 1992 240sx that had a blown HG. So I replaced the HG, set the timing put everything back together and now when i turn the motor over it fires a couple times and then the motor floods. The car started up fine before replacing the HG so I must of missed something that I can't find. Would any of you have any leads as to what the problem could be? Thanks in advance!

You might want to check all the wires to sensors. There is like a main one that went over the top of your valve cover. That one will connect to your MAF amongst other things. If you bent it out of the way, then back, you may have created a short. You'll have to take your continuity tester and trace the wires back to the next harness point. I'd start with checking the MAF, then the TPS, then, I beleive it also has the wires down to your O2 sensor, so check that as well. I hope this helps you.

Check the dizzy and see if it is 180 out. My hatch wouldn't start after I put my ka back in because of the dizzy being 180 out. Just trying to throw some tips your way
