92 240sx motor help

I have a hole in the side of the block of my 92 nissan and have been looking for a motor for a long time so I found a ka24e overhead cam can I put the 1990 ka24e in my ka24de or will I have to put in a new harness ?

Any help ?

First off, SEARCH!

There have been so many NICO members that did the E to DE swap, that you can read their builds, and find out what they had to replace. Then all you do, is replace the same stuff, but with E parts instead of DE.

This should be a good starting point for you.
