92 240sx ka24de transmission codes please 1-10

I have pulled the transmission codes from my car. I pulled a 4 5 and a 6. I would love to know what all the codes mean 1-10 so I can save them for future reference. I have searched for this like crazy and can't find anything.

I also would like to know if there is some special way to reset the tcm in case it is not like a standard obd1 ecu reset.

Some help would be much appreciated.
