92 240sx is doing nothing

So i sold my sr swap. was looking for just another 240 found one that was a "good deal" but obviously wasn't. it cranked and had power so i got it. The guy said it was just a clutch job, and he didn't have a garage to work in so he was just trying to get rid of it... it ending up all the heads from the flywheel bolts snapped off and the bolts were in the crank. found a motor on cl for like $65, So just pulled the motor, put it on a stand, and me and a good mate pulled the crank and swapped it bolted it to spec all timed up... resprayed the engine bay from the lime green he had to black.. removed the paint under the grounds and such.. but now that its back in it has no power no lights and not cranking..... anything you guys could help me with would help alot, maybe I'm just missing something? I am just getting super pissed at this thing.
I was out looking at the harness and everything is in, no missing grounds. I started to search the forums didn't really find much that helped, but i have to be at work in 30. so any help i get on this will really help out tonight when im off work at 11. Thanks guys.

No lights? Like headlights?

Battery, or short, or burnt wires, or something. Inspect, and try jumping.
