92 240sx ftbk, WHISTLING...

I need help; my 240 started whistling yesterday after I sponge out in some rocks (didn't mean to). I think holes came loss or something . Does anyone have an idea?

I was coming trough a parking lot that had a lot of rocks and I accidentally pilled (spong)out in the rocks. Then I heard a whistling sound, now every time I start the car up it does it. When I shift it's there whistling, and I have no idea wut it is. I'll try to post a vid up to c if anyone can help.
