Hey guys, I've been having idle probs since before I can remember and about a few weeks ago I read a post on removing the AIV...I did this and I noticed a little improvement in accel, but idle still blew. So I read another article on ECU code reading and I just did the Self-Diagnostic. The first time I got 11(Crank angle sensor)....then I did malfunction error test and it was fine(no light). Then I went back to the Self-Diagnostic test and it was 55...I did this a few times and I kept getting 55...do I have a crank angle sensor problem? And what else could be messing with my idle if my ECU says everythings alright? Thanks ahead!-Galen

ECU will store codes that were generated when you start the car.

Start your car, drive it for a while. If you experience idle problems, do the diagnostics again and if code 11 pops up again.

There could be a problem with the CAS, replace if necessary.
