putting on a different flywheel as my old one was screwed by heat cracks.... just need to know how many ft/lbs to torque the bolts to. oh, and i am using loctite.

oh yea, and how do you guys keep the crank from moving when torqueing the bolts?

105-112ft/lbs.... and they will shake loose the first time you hit 5000rpm if they are not this tight....

clutch cover should be first 14ft/lbs then 16-22

should get yourself an fsm from the 240sx and silvia page, its a sticky at the top

i bolt a long bar to the flywheel using th bolts that hold on the clutch cover. you can use this bar to hold everything steady while you put down 112 ft/lbs of torque. my "bar" is actually a slotted leg of a shelf....

or you can try and impact them on... but then again you cant be too sure youre at a high enough torque, and thye will shake loose
