92 240sx coupe wiper problem

When I turn my wipers on the intermittent doesn't work the way it should and I can't turn my wipers off without turning off the car. I just replaced the switch with a brand new one thinking that was the problem, but I am still having the same problem. So what else could cause this problem? Also I was thinking it might be a wiper pulse board problem, does this car have one, and if so where is it?

I got the exact same problem. I was told it might be the wiper motor, but haven't tried to replace them yet. I will keep you posted if I get mines fixed!
