92' 240sx and Altima DOHC Question?

Information on the naturally-aspirated KA24E and KA24DE engines.

Hey guys I was wondering if the Nissan Altima KA engines have the same camshafts as the 240's do. I've been calling every junk yard for these cams and no luck. I need to know if I would be able to pull them out of the Altima engines?

I have heard they will but don't quote me on it. Just find a 91-93 240sx and get the cams. 240 248 duration.
