92 240sx a.c. powering on by itself

92 240sx (ka24de) I,ve had idle issues, dropping, low idle, etc. Thanks to you all I cleaned t.b. cleaned and changed i.a.c.v, new aux.air valve. During all these changes the emergency brake light and battery light were on (batt. lite very dim) I thought it was a different issue, until I read another person with same problem.. ENG CONT. (10amp) fuse is blown. Replaced that fuse and idle problems (especially with a.c on) are over! I blew (2) 10amp fuses, so I put a 20 amp in. Idle problem solved.. But, I realized after a day,That I CANNOT CONTROL THE COMPRESSOR POWER. Turns on automaticly 5 seconds after car is started. And when push control unit is on, then shut it off. you cannot hear the clutch or unit powering off.. I take that ENG CONT fuse out and a.c. is fine. But idle is screwed up again!!! SORRY to make this long.. I just tryin to be understandable.. Thank you in advance, I really need some help on this, I,ve yet to see any trouble shooting in fsm. I,m trying...j.b.
