92 240sx a.c. on low idle

I have had an ongoing problem with low idle, idle dropping at stops etc. I have cleaned the iacv, aiv, installed new coolant temp switch. No vacuum leaks. Now when car is first started, It will not start by itself. You have to keep the idle high for a minute or so then it is fine. But, when the a.c. is on, it will idle at 200 rpm. When compresser kicks off, it idles at 750rpm. but does not do it all the time, very intermittent. one day fine, or hour..Next day low idle. I have also noticed that the battery light is on very dim. You can only see it at night. No draw though. Car runs great no hesitating on acceleration.. Any help I will be forever greatfull..... Thank You...
