92 240 w/ sr20 wont start..interior gutted...im confused

so i recently gutted the interior of my s13 hatch. i didnt do anything with the sr20. all i did was remove the headliner, take out the seats, remove the stereo, and remove the center armrest console. the center console does have a turbo timer installed in it, but i checked the wiring and everything looks fine, and the timer is working like normal. when i turn the key in the ignition all the electronics light up as usual. and when i turn it to the start postition nothing happens. im kinda confused, the car has always ran great and im not sure if something in the interior has to be connected to start the car.. i took the interior to dye and clean it. i havent done the work so its just sitting there and i wanted to start it bc it hasnt been started in a week or two...any ideas??

does ur battery not have have enough juice to turn the engine over?

my battery was dead, lights all still came on but was dead enough to not start the car.

So was it an almost-dead battery?

My first reaction was that you blew a fuse while removing the stereo.

yes it was an almost dead battery, i didnt have jumpers so i couldnt really test it, called a buddy to bring his cable over, it was just weird... its not what it seemed like...but it started right up with a jump
