'92 240 - 3 quick questions

First of all, I apologize if this is the incorrect forum for any of these questions.

1. Brake lights do not go out whenever I release the brake pedal. I checked the little piece that is on the pedal in front of the switch and it is fine. Do you think the switch just went bad?

2. Where in the world can I find the plastic brake light housings that hold the bulbs? Mine have split and melted over time and I'm tired of rigging it to get them to work.

3. Where could I find the plastic uphoulstery clips (you know, the little snaps that always...well, snap)
