OK so to start with I was coming home after working a 24 hour Staff duty shift and my z just stalls out like I ran out of gas (Still have a quarter tank of gas). I was a little suspect about the injectors before this happened so I got it towed home and ohm'd out the injectors. 4 or the 6 ohm'd out bad. So online shopping I went. I replaced all of the injectors with the new style injectors and tried to start it up and nothing... No change at all. So I checked the input side of the fuel filter and I have no fuel pressure. So I start by checking all of my fuses and relays. All seem to be good. I then check to see if I have power at the connector at the fuel pump and I do. So I order a new fuel pump. Install and crank..... No change. So now about $1300 in on this repair and still no running car. I then pull the the rug to check the diagnostics on the ecu. Turn the key to ACC and no LED on the ECU. I pull the plug on the ECU and have power on pins 49 58 and 59...but no LED. I try resetting and removing the Anti theft to see if that is the cause but no change in the symptoms. Please help before my wife leaves me lol.... but seriously I really need this car to be running soon before my wife's classes start back up.

Kinda sounds like you already did what the FSM says but check it out anyway if you haven't

I have now tried the Fuel pump controller bypass and I'm still not getting any fuel up to the fuel filter. Not sure where to go from here any input would be greatly appreciated. ECU still has no led lit when ignition is on. What would be some of the things to look for to determine if its a bad ECU? I talked to the guys at z1 motorsports and they told me to send it to them and they would test it out and let me know if it good or not. Just curious if there was a way I could figure it out without the week turn around of mailing it to them and waiting to get it back.

Find someone local to borrow their ECU. Sounds like its the most likely culprit at the moment. Also, can you clarify where all you've checked fuses and relays? There's some by the battery, some on the drivers side up near the front, and then the drivers kick panel. Fuel related fuses/relays are by the battery and in the kick panel.

Also, you sure you have a good battery at this point? Wouldn't hurt to throw it on a charger if you have access to one.

Update....
Ok so I sent my ECU in to Z1 to get checked out and it was completely fried. So I've been holding out on ordering a new one due to being worried I have a wiring issue and don't want to fry another one.

So I have a buddy of mine that is really good with wiring come and help me check out the harness before I pop another one in there tomorrow. Is there an area of the harness we should focus on that is more prone to frying an ecu or should we just make sure we cover everything? Thanks a bunch guys.

So we checked out the ECU harness today and couldn't find any issues. Everything seemed to check out ok. My next question is can a bad injector (or 3) with High resistance fry an ecu? cause I had 2 injectors ohm out a 50+ ohms and one ohm out at 1 (M)ohm.

No, a high impedance would be good, because it would allow less current to flow. An injector with low or 0 impedance would allow more current to flow, which is what damages components.
