91Q Seat memory function

My power seats work well as does the entry/exit feature. I do not have the 'cancel' switch depressed. When I depress memory buttons 1 or 2, nothing happens. The lights wok for each button. :confused:

Any suggestions? I will check for a reset sequence in my servcie manual, but if someone has the sequence, please pass it along.

Have you had your battery disconnected? I always forget how to reset the seat memory after I lose it from that, do you have an owners manual? The procedure is on page 2-13. I hope you aren't insulted if you've already tried that. Let me know if you don't have the manual and I'll relay the procedure for you.
