I have a few minors I'd like to fix in my cockpit, if possible. Passenger visor out of socket, glovebox hinge (right hinge), and last is broken armrest stop.

I leaned too hard on the armrest like a true doofus and imagine my surprise when it wasn't indestructible. Are there DIY methods for these repairs? I have just hit 148k and she is still a beauty with the pearl and tan combo.I am impressed more and more by the Q engineering as she gets older. The G50 is truly a timeless design. And NICO has been indispensible over the years in providing invaluable advice for keeping these beauties running.

Thanks for being here guys (and gals).

Have you searched the archived text bodies?

Seems like I recall a repair to the early armrest.

Most dealers don't even know how to properly fix the socket. Lots of old threads on the issue.

It looks like there's no fix for either the armrest stop or the glovebox hinge.

Armrest on a 90 Q45

Two stupid trick questions

So, maybe used parts. I see you already posted on the Infiniti Parts forum.

Check with Goody and PopPop, and maybe cccpman (don' know what color his is).

Armrest.... Depending on how it's broken, you may be able to get it spot welded. Who knows. Here's a few links.
