'91 TT 2+0, stock rear end - What wheel setup for 15 inch Mickeys?

Alright, I've spent too much time trying to find a hard answer for my coming wheel setup. Does anyone have any offset/spacing recommendations to fit a 15x8 / 15x9 wheel with 275/60/15 Mickey Thompson ET S/S tires?

I've found and discussed a lot of recommendations for the rear setup, but everything I've found so far is for 2+2 model 300ZXs. Before I pull the trigger on wheels, I figured it would be worth asking the club in case there was anything obvious. Car is being setup as a roll monster.

Leaning towards 15x8 wheels with 5.5 or 6.5 spacing if either of those would work.

Exact same offsets should work for 2 seater and 2+2. The suspension setup is identical and that's where you'll typically run into problems.
