91 sr20det wiring help?

hey guys, so i bought a friends 240 and after taking out the sr20 (redtop) i looked under the hood and saw this botched up harness that was done for the swap (not my work). Yes i know there's a search and other posts but i just wanted to make sure where the cables go. i know here i have the f10 (brown) and f8 (gray) plug but as you can see on the pic, a red black wire (lengthened with a orange wire)that is coming from the f8 plug is not hooked up to anything but it was! and to the right of that there is a orange and blue wire just chilling there (no idea what to do with that one) and then there are a few clean cut wires coming from the f10 plug. So my question is, to where would i connect that red and black wire? i was searching and saw it was the ecu relay but im not sure where to connect it. any help would be great! thanks in advance
