91 Sr redtop strange idle

Hey guys i was driving to school today and i knowticed that my 1991 240sx hatch with an redtop sr20det was idleing very strangly

I was at a stoplight and my idle would go so low it would about die on me, but i would rise to about 1k and then go back down again.

Idk what the problem is anythings i could check to fix this problem?

I can provide a video upon request if that would help things out.

I would check you IAC/V. Cleaning it will probably solve the problem. there's a tutorial link stickied to the top of the NOM forum.

i have the same issue on my 1990 240sx SR but i am going to seafoam my car, do think by me doing this (seafoaming it) will clean it out or do i need to take that part out and clean?
