'91 s13 problems

So i have a '91 240sx... stock engine whiche i'm assuming is the DOHC KA24DE, and it shakes a lot when you turn her on or she is idling .... me and whoever else is in the car are bouncing all over when its on.... also the idling is really low and lately when I brake or slow down too much it will turn off, but turn back on... i think my clutch is out... but does that have anything to do with the shaking? and is one of those clutch kits that comes with a pressure plate, disc, release bearing, pilot bushing, and alignment tool all that i need for the clutch or are there supposed to be any extra pieces?

100% MAFS issue. It could be dirty MAFS (use MAFS cleaner) or simple connection plug issue. I had connection plug issue before.

I would check to make sure the tires are tight!
