91 S13 KA24DE ECM Code 21-Ignition Signal Primary?

My ECM is throwing codes 12, 21, and 34. Cars idle is really rough and puffing out colorful very rich smelling smoke. Im about positive this has something to do with ECM Code 21 (Ignition Signal Primary) . Anyone have any idea what ive got going on here? Ive tried New Ignition Module ( 1 located right next to the coil ) no help. Ive also tried a friends airflow meter which also did not help. Please Help me Somebody...

Code 12 is the MAFS. Code 34 is the knock sensor. THat should help you out a little.

Thanks, i appreciate the help but im already aware of what those codes are, the ECM Code 21 is triggering those 2 codes 12 & 34. Im having a problem figuring out what to do about ECM code 21 Ignition Signal Primary.MAF and Ignition Module did not help.

The primary side of the ignition includes everything that controls the negative side of the ignition coil. You have ignition coil, power transistor or igniter, resistor/condensor, distributor, and ECU.
