Recently swapped an Xcessive intake manifold onto my ka. While refilling coolant, and turning the engine back on for the first time, the electric fan started and would not turn off. It now runs constantly, which I suppose isn't the end of the world, but its loud and annoying. Is there some safe mode that keeps the fan on? A short somewhere? Any ideas? Tried searching, but couldn't find anything.Car info: KA- stroked to 2.6L, BC V3 cams, built and tuned by AMS with AFC Neo, stock injectors and manifold (traveling and retuning with 370cc injectors and manifold Monday). Before the install, the fan worked normally, turning on and off as needed.

ya coolant temp sensor fault,, either still unpluged or oxidized / corrosion on plug. When temp sensor/circuit fails the engine computer cant see temp so puts fans on so no overheat. Cause cant control correct fan switching time anymore because cant see temp. plus use more fuel too, will have ram fuel map std safe setting
