OK guys, we spent all night trying to figure this one out, so now I'm bringing it to you guys to see what people here think.
I traded my '89 Civic hatch to some idiot for a S13 hatch.

After an overheating by the previous owner my S13 will no longer start, we replaced the plug wires because they MELTED into the plug holes, but still not starting.

She turns and tries but doesn't start. We decided to check and see if we were getting spark INTO the plugs. We are getting spark on the #1 plug but no others :wtf2: .

We checked to make sure the ignition coil was SENDING spark, and it is. At this point my best idea is the Cam angle sensor in the dizzy. The cap and rotor button look to be in fine condition, no visible carbon scoring on the cap and the rotor button looks almost new.

Any ideas? I plan to get a replacement dizzy as soon as I can track one down for a reasonable price.

Usually when the cam angle sensor goes you wont have spark at all. I would say ecu. Have you pulled codes yet?

Battery has been off it since it was last started, we were under the impression that we would be unable to pull codes, if we can tho, I'll make sure we get to that tonite or tomorrow

(EDIT):
Something just occurred to me... the not starting thing developed after the overheating, how would the overheating have damaged the dizzy, CAS, or ECU?

I felt it prudent to supply everyone with the new symptoms. I did manage to get it to start yesterday by slamming the gas pedal wide open. Once she starts, she idles pretty much on her own, but it takes the throttle being wide open to get her to start
