91 rebuild problem:( help

Ok look I have a stock kade that I have changed the head gasket on. On the rebuild the head is on fine and the exhaust is on besides me missing one bolt which I have to find but the problem is I can't get the upper part of my intake to go on? Wtf! Help anyone please

Yeah there's a stud that comes out of the head that you have to get lined up while you put it on... it's a pain in the a** but it has to be done

I got it on glued the gasket to the head. And it dropped right on. Thanks tho.

Heh, I learned a few new words trying to get my intake on too. So, I know the feeling.

If you having trouble just glue your gasket to the head and then line everything up especially the 2 studs coming from the lower intake and just push it towards the head it should drop right in.
