'91 Q45 Won't Start Once in a While

I couldn’t start up the car this morning. Normally the engine starts up fine on most days, but once in a while it fails to start at all and the only thing that will display is the lights to the instrument cluster. This puzzles me tremendously because I recently replaced the starter, alternator and battery. The last few times AAA came out, the engine either started up once they showed up (which made me look like an idiot) or they simply cable jumped the battery (for quite a long time) before it started up again.

I appreciate any feedback/suggestions/advice.

Do you hear a buzzing coming from the fuel pump while driving?

If its not the pump, then it could be the filter...... And if you replace the filter, and it is severely clogged, go ahead and start saving up for a new pump.......
