91 q45 panel lights wont work

i have checked all the fuses and there all ok i still cant get the panel lights to come on and i cant see anything at all at night -_-

also my alt went out now but it was doing this panel light thing ever since i got the car

help please?

check that the dimmer switch is plugged in and working... The lights wont come on if its not working or not plugged in.

its weird now if i turn my light of the panel lights up if i turn them on the lights turn off -_- and it only does that sometimes....

maybe the switch is bad >< thanks i might just mod some blu leds behind the panel

as for the alt i heard its hell to change it -_- and i know nothing at all about cars -.-'

car runs awesome tho for having 200,000 miles

Check the function of your tail lights... the lead tips on the bulbs tend to melt and cause all kinds of weirdness. Don't forget the fuses under the hood as well as the ones under the dash.
