You should grab it. Do you have you an off-street location to park it for a weekend or two while you remove parts that can be used in your 94Q? As long as you have the pink slip (owner's name doesn't matter) any salvage yard will take it for scrap when you're done and probably pay you to tow it away. A few screwdrivers and a set of metric sockets and wrenches will be about all of the tools you need for most everything.
