91 Q45 Engine wont spin

Does anyone know of any reasons my engine wont spin over when i try to crank it? I tested the starter changed, the battery connectors and battery itself. But all you can hear is the starter not turn like its stuck or somehthing. Any ideas?

Is the engine seized? What do you mean when you say you checked the starter? If it wont crank than you can maybe clunk on it a few times and that would be a temp. fix but if it works after you clunk it a few times than that would mean you need a new starter.

I took the starter to autozone to have it tested. how can i check if the engine is seized

The engine probably isn't seized, when was the last time the car was driven?

Go under the front of the car and try to spin the engine with a ratchet on the harmonic balancer while the car is neutral ( or I guess park too) If you can spin it , then it is not toast. If you cannot, chances are good your timing chain has jumped, which is a very common problem with 90-93 Q45's.

Then again, that probably wouldn't seize the engine. That would just fry the valve train. Unless, pieces of the timing chain guides clogged the oil pick up tube and starved the engine for oil. That would seize it.
