Ok so I've had my 1991 Q45 for about 5 months now. It was bought as basically a daily driver and wasn't really concerned about this up until now as it is just plain bugging me. My trunk has never been able to pop open with the lever on the door and none of my seat controls work either only on the driver side. None of my lights work on the headliner either. Only thing I have checked is the fuses and those are ok. What else could be wrong with it??

My trunk has never been able to pop open with the lever on the door: Make sure your Trunk is engage to "ON" in your glove box. Also if that doesn't work get a pair of pliers and their is a metal lever that's suppose to tap the trunk switch bend it a bit upwards towards you to make sure it's tapping good.

and none of my seat controls work either only on the driver side: their is also a fuse box under the hood and their should be a fuse that for the inside of that car, it should fix the inside lights problem and also the driver adjustable seat problem. if i'm not mistakened the fuse is a "15"

None of my lights work on the headliner either: as far as your dash that could be a number of things but possible bulbs or maybe just a old dashboard.

Let me know if these things work, I've had to do these things about a week ago as well.

After repairing and replacing the 1991 Q45 sunvisors this weekend (thanks goody90q45), I too experienced no interior or spot/dome lights and no driver door seat control buttons. All fuses in the interior fuse panel were good. Found this thread and checked the under hood fuse box. Sure enough the "room" lamp fuse was blown (controls all of these items and more). A 15 amp fuse was installed, but printed inside the fuse cover it indicates it shoud be a 10 amp fuse. I put in a new 10 and everything works again. Does anyone know if the fuse circuit has been upgraded to a 15 amp?

I would guess it was blown sometime in the past, they had a 15A and no 10A fuses, and just used it. Either that or it kept popping 10A fuses and they increased it to a 15A to "fix" it. Either way, I'd stick with the 10A rating that is printed on the diagram.

Thank you for the quick reply. I will use the 10 amp fuse as specified.
:)
