91 Q dashboard Clock not work

just wondering if it was common to go out? and what should i check dont to get it working again?

the 1990-92 Q clocks seem to be the most common to fail. When I purchased mine the clock did not work and have seen numerous fail.

$40 seems high.Shop around and take your time,I occasionally see them go for $20-25 when people part these cars out.Look in the parts forum.

I've seen a few failed clocks... not particularly common, but not unheard of either.
