I lost one of the blades to the fan when water pump went out, is it necessary for me to change this problem or where could I find a replacement part?

Yeah that's going to have to be changed, or the fan motor will not be lasting very long at all! Imagine if a ceiling fan lost a fan blade, it would be wobbling like crazy. Same basic thing. Used and new parts are available, sources include : dealership (super expensive), local auto parts store, junkyards, ebay, and you'll find a forum here in Marketplace / Classifieds called "Infiniti WTB" (wanted to buy) where you can post what parts you need and members will be glad to help if they can.

Junk yard would be your best bet... I don't think you can find these new anymore, maybe some dealerships still have some? It is very common - my Q has 84k miles and already has cracks in the fan. If you can find a low mile wrecked Q fan with minimal cracking - I'd go that route. I've seen a Q with 170+k miles and original cracked radiator fan still going strong.
