91 power steering?

I have a 91 hatch and I was wondering if you can relocate the fittings on the rack and pinion. the two fittings on the back side, i want to move them so that they're facing down instead of straight back.

i dont know what the internals look like but i would assume everything is pretty tight inside leaving very little room for change. why do you want to move them anyway?

im trying to get the motor to sit down further and itd be great if i could move the fittings
