When accelerating inbetween 1500 rpm and 2000 rpm it studders and after 2000 rpm it runs good and strong and that is true before 1500 rpms. Idle is fine. Is this a bad sensor problem? If so which sensor do I need to look at? If not then any idea of what is causing it would be greatly appreciated.

If I hold the gas at about 2000 rpm it will go up to 2000 rpm and drop to 1500 rpm and back up to 2000 rpm and will keep doing this in a constant pattern until I give it more gas or let off the gas.

It is a 1991 Nissan hardbody pickup with a KA24E motor.

One quick question what will I be looking for when I spray the Intake Manifold with Carb cleaner to find a vacuum leak?

Also with the plugs you are talking about the spark plugs right?
