'91 Nissan 240sx Electrical Problems

-Car won't start by itself (no clicking), but will push start and runs fine after wards.-Every time the door opens, the interior lights flash off and on a bunch.-Before the car starts the battery gives off a strong 12 volts and after a strong 14 volts.-The speedometer is not reading.

any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
