'91 MAFS- how many wires connect to the harness? 3 or 4?

Information on the naturally-aspirated KA24E and KA24DE engines.

I don't know that when the swapped in the de, they switched to the de harness, so, how many MAFS wires connect to the de harness? i see that the output on the MAFS has 4 prongs, but there are only 3 wires connectin to the harness: a white, black, and black w white stripe. I strongly suspect that it's the wrong harness, and thats why i'm having my trouble with the fuel cutofff at 2500. if anyone could tell me how many wires there are supposed to be, and if it IS indeed the wrong harness, do i have to switch the whole thing, or could i just fabricate a seperate corrected harness just for the MAFS?Thanx everybody
