Will a ka24de work in my 95 240sx? And does it bolt straight on?

The block itself is the same. However, the emissions system is different and there are a few sensors the S14 has the the S13 doesnt, or they're in different places. If you have a messed up S14 KA, and a running S13 KA you can make it happen.
