Water Lines:The fittings you need are available from EARL's. Your local performance autoparts store will have an Earl's catalog. You need to figure out what size threads are on the turbo water ports. They are probably metric, like M12x1.0 or something. Then buy adapters from Earl's that adapt from the turbo thread to a -6AN. See the picture below. Then you need to make and run -6 lines from the ports on the turbo to water ports on the engine. One is located down on the block, on the exhaust side. Fine out what thread the port is, then get and Earl's adapter to adapt it to -6AN so you can hook up your water line to it. The other water line will have to come off of a water line that goes through the intake manifold, just "T" into one of them and run a -6 hose.
If all of this completely baffles your mind, then you need to STOP working on your car educate yourself. Buy a book called "nuts bolts fasteners and plumbing" by Carroll Smith and read it cover to cover and what I typed will make a lot of sense.
Oil feed: "T" off of the oil pressure sensor and run a -3AN line to the turbo.
Oil return: Run a fat oil return line (-8AN or so) that drains back into the pan. You have to weld a bung on the oil pan to attach your line to. SR's have a threaded hole already in the block for the oil return, one of the benefits of using an OEM turbo engine.
