91 Infinity Q45 brake question.......

Hello all,

I just moved out here to Manassas, and I found a junkyard with a few completely trashed 240s, but more importantly, I found a pristine 1991 Q45 minus motor. I was wondering if the brakes from this Q would be a bolt on upgrade for my 240, or if I should consider something else.

I know that Q45 two piston brakes are larger, but I didn't know any specifics based on model year. There is also an Infity I30 (also 91)which is the Maxima counterpart if I'm not mistaken.

Any input on this potential upgrades would be greatly appreciated. I'm currently running stock brakes with slotted Brembos and steel lines.

Thanks very much for the link. If the guy at the yard doesn't want and arm and a leg, I'll pick them up as well as rebuild kit. I was hoping to find a 300ZX, but no luck! Plenty of FC RX-7's though should I finally get the ball rolling on that project!
