91 hatch wheels?

I tried first searching and couldn't find what I was looking for..I recently asked a 240 friend of mine about why people go for 5 lug conversion. His answer was just a broader range of wheels.

Are there any decent wheels made for the s13 that stay with 4 lug? If so what are they? I don't want to spend more than $150 per wheel. I know, I'm cheap but my focus is not in the wheels.

I would prefer 17s but don't mind 16s. The width would obviously be wider in the back.

2)..However, what offset should I use for the front and what offset for the back (or should I use the same for both)? 4 Lug only.
