91 Hatch w/ RB25DET....Bogs at High RPM

My first drive with it and I couldnt get on it hard as it would bog out and sometimes add a backfire...I was thinking Plug gap. Also I dont have a cold air intake as I cant find one...Open MAF...Also it will idle fine I can put it to 7grand problem doesnt exist...Only when moving and pushing high RPM 5k+

I would check for vaccum leaks.

I dont have the lines hooked up to what looks like the waste gate...Mckinney said we dont need them...their FMIC didnt have flanges on it to hook it up. Also the two vaccuum lines off the top of the motor are open...not hooked up.
