I finally got around to checking out a fellow mechanics 91 Q.
Pulled the codes got 55.He told me that if the security light was blinking, the car wouldn't start. If he started it everyday it would start, but if he let it sit a day and it "reset" it wouln't crank.
He also said the owner told him to put the key in the trunk and turn it just before it would open and hold it for 5 secs. The horn would double chirp and the sec light would go off and it would start.
Is there some system security malfunction going on or is the car "searching" for a key fob signal or what?
