i recently bought a 91 d21, and im having a start up problem and also when i get it started i cant keep it to stay on. i went to the gas station to put gas and i put a can of seafoam. drove back then it started to lose power and put put then bogged out.i just got done changing spark plugs and wires, new alternator, changed oil and oil filter, new dizzy cap and spinner, new pcv valve which by the way was a b**** getting to, also put a used but better battery in, and air filter. i also went to get starter check out it came back good. but it did have a little trouble for the spinner to pop up.,fuel pump makes noise when i turn the key so i know that good.please help. thanks in advance

also, i have to rev the engine a couple times just so the cluster components to all turn on. then i have break lights and dome light and all. but when i turn on high beams or turn radio on the engine looses power and starts to turn off.

Check your relays, starting with the starter relay. Assuming you're talking about a manual D21, it's the little (blue if still OEM) relay next to the battery on the passenger side of the engine bay.
