How can you tell if these are really off a 91???

Look at the front of the cams...the intake cam has the dowel pin at the 12'oclock position if the #1 lobe is facing directly UP.

S13 intake cams have a green stripe.

See this pic...from the left, the intake cam is the second one:

S14 cams have OPPOSITE colored markings...you can ALWAYS idenify the intake cam by where the dowel pin is located in reference to the first cam lobe, and then use color to determine S13 (green intake, orange exhaust)versus S14 (orange intake, green exhaust).
