Probably bad/burned valve seats. Could also be leaky valve stem seals. Worst case it needs new rings on the pistons.

it burns all the time. little at idle and when you punch it puffs alot. now would the valve stem seals cause the burn all the time? bc i heard that the oil needs time to pool up to come out the stem seals. but if they are real bad would it burn all time like it is now? and the compression leads me to hope that it is not the rings, or valve seats but am prepared to do what ever it takes to fix it.. love my ex cab. thank you so much for the knowledge

If you've got good compression, it's likely not the rings. bad valve seals will let oil slip through into the combustion chamber and will cause it to smoke.

Compression test is one thing, to test rings versus valves find a shop that does leak down test. They compress the cylinder and see how fast it leaks down. Then they squirt oil in the cylinder and if it leaks down slower it is rings, if it is valves, it leaks down just as fast. The oil in the plug hole will slow leak down if it is rings as it seals it. If it is valves the leak down time is the same.
