91-93 front bumper on a 90HB

has anyone here ever put a 1990-1993 front bumper on a 1990 ? my front bumper is cracked really bad so i am buying a new one from a person for $70. I think i also need those lights too.

the 91-93 front bumper will fit, but u need the lights, might as well buy the clear ones for like $25 if you don't have it and also you will need the 2 small side pieces that go right behind the bumper. A friend in my crew did it and thats what he needed

i need both. I think i might be able to get them through a parts dealer. do you know of any places in PA that have them for sure?
