91 75k ka24de What oil to get?

Hi nico folks, I've recently purchased a 240sx with 75k, it's unbelieve as it seems but its the truth I hope. LOL. So straight to the point, What would be a good oil for 75k dual cam?

They wight and viscosity listed in the owners manual. Quality full synthetic if you can afford it (Amsoil, Motul), or common full synthetic (Castrol or Mobile 1)

use a lower viscosity engine oil for higher mileage vehicles (above 60k)..

it will allow it to flow better in the engine

It's slightly thicker, because as the bearing clearances open with wear you want to fill them.

Stick to what OE says.
