Hi, I have a 91' 240sx and the cable broke in my left power window assembly. This is the metal cable that is attached to the motor that pulls the window up and down. My question is, can this cable just be replaced or do I have to order the entire pulley system. Not sure what the parts are called, sorry. The motor still works fine as far as I can tell. Also for what ever recomendations there are, what would be the procedures for fixing this? Thanks alot.

the part you need is the window regulator. you need to remove the inner door panel from the door then unbolt the regulator and motor from the inner door. oh remove the glass from the door first 2 bolts hold it to the regulator. after all is unbolted the regulator either lifts through the top part of the door or pulls through the inner door panel.
