91 240sx wont start

so my 91 is having some electrical problems I just swapped the ka24de in I just got and wired it up but before my transmission and motor gave out on me the last time I had no problems headlights retracted gauges came on. and after the swap nothing works but the backlight to the clock with no time though and the headlights come on but wont retract. the first time I tried to start it , it turned over for 2 seconds then died and it wont turn over at all . and none of my fuses are blown any one have any ideas? there was one plug on the top of the transmission that was broken and another behind my motor plugged up to vaccumn lines . I replaced all the lines when I got the motor too.

1. All vacuum lines and wiring must be connected OK---> 2.Check battery if its dead (turn lights inside car, check headlights etc) NO GOOD (re charge battery and check connections) OK ---->3.Turn the key on (no thing happens and all you hear is click) NO GOOD (check starter and connections) OK-----> 4. Motor cranking but not starting (check fuel, spark, timing, and compression)

p.s: if none of this works, try powering your starter directly and the motor should turn over unless it is seized. theres a good chance that your grounding out somewhere and all the power from your battery is going no where.

yeh like the headlights come on and the light behind the clock but thats it, the starter doesn't click I replaced all the vaccumn lines and motor has good compression and isn't seized. I am definite its a ground some where I'm looking at it as soon as I have off work I've been working on it in the dark, its a 95 ka also. is there any kind of write up or anything on all of the s13 dohc grounds?

im kinda having the same problem... all my lights turn on. fuses are good.. battery is good. no sound at all. i was able to push start her and drive to work. later took the starter in to get tested... good also. possibly just some loose connections?
